Didn't have a support in the center of our boat to stop water from collecting. Had a lake on our cover multiple times and ended up stretching the cover many times over sharp edges and corners. The cover stood up really well to the abuse and took a long time before it eventually started tearing, which is expected eventually. This was after towing with the cover on multiple times. I probably won't be towing with the cover on anymore since I don't need to be abusing it if I don't have to, but it will stand up to a lot. I was able to patch this one up and got a support in the center of the cabin, but when I eventually replace it I won't be looking anywhere else. I will be ordering this one again.

Okay so I haven't tried multiple covers and I can't say this is the BEST out there but first let me say that I am highly critical of the things I buy....especially on Amazon. I read all the description and a lot of reviews to try to determine if it really is as good as everyone may say. Quite a few times I receive a product and send it back because of one reason or another. This cover though, has EXCEEDED all my expectations!

I usually can find something negative about an item...some little thing I may dislike....something that doesn't work just right... something that doesn't fit or feel right. So when I leave reviews...I'm honest and say it as it is (no one has ever paid me for a review nor have I ever been sent anything free for a review). With that said, I love EVERYTHING about this cover.

Excellent quality and stitching. The cover is thick and durable. The straps are evenly placed along the sides and front and are very easy to use. It takes just a couple of minutes and I have the cover on. The length is perfect and fit well on my 1971 Ranger Boat...17 foot. ( I bought the 19.5) My boat is fiberglass and has a jon boat front....it's not a V-bottom and not a tri-hull. I do have a trolling motor on the front and a Mercury Outboard on the back and it covered it all perfectly!

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and I would HIGHLY recommend this cover!

I have gone through boat covers it seems like every year. They all seem to fail after a year or so, but this one is holding up quite well on my 19 ft Bayliner Capri. After 6 months it's still tight with no leaks. The only downfall is that it very tight on my boat, barely fits. But it does fit. And oh, amazingly the black color hasn't faded in the California sun.
Update: I downgraded this to three stars because after two years it began to grow mildew on the inside of the cover and the mildew began to discolor my white seats. Worked great for two years but I'm now getting rid of it quickly before it permanently ruins my white leather seats! On a positive note, it still hasn't faded...it's still black!

OMG! I am so lucky to find this boat cover. The price is excellent; because the quality is so good. The manufacturer used top quality materials and the craftsmanship is as good as any boat covers. I have been around boats my whole life. Protecting the boat from the elements is the number one precaution for all boat owners. Nothing is harder on a boat than the weather.

The very first thing that I noticed was the wonderful web storage bag it came in. Then the next and probably the best feature is the straps for this cover. These are not just rope and I did not even expect straps to come with it. The straps are plenty long enough for my 17' aluminum boat with a modified hull and a 25 hp motor on the back.

The cover is long enough to lap over my trolling motor, outboard motor and the front of my trailer. My boat is not a run-a-bout. It's a console so I was taking a chance the cover would not work. Well bless my soul, it's a beautiful fit, as you can plainly see in my photographs. Since I have a trolling motor on the front of my boat, I pointed out the contact points. I will take the cover to my local upholstery shop and have a large piece of reinforced canvas added as a protective layer to protect it from tearing on the trolling motor or the front trailer hitch. I also provided pictures of the stitching. You can clearly see the double stitched lapping fabric.

I highly recommend this boat cover. It will be great for boat up to 18 feet long. It will also work great on a boat with console, like mine. This is a purchase you will not regret. One look and I think you will agree that the quality will protect the boat from the elements for several years. I think you will be happy that you found this cover and the price is awesome.

The original exact fit Bass Pro Shops cover for my Bass Tracker Pro Team 175 TF finally bit the dust, and rather than spend another $450 for an exact fit cover, I decided to go a less expensive route. You certainly get what you pay for, and in this case it is a horrible cover. The product description says 11 straps, mine only came with 9. I emailed the company and received no response. So I modified the cover to add 2 tie downs (the ones missing) at the stern of the boat to stretch the cover tighter. First time it rained, and since this cover is non-porous, water pooled in the main section and back near the engine (pics attached). I added 2 stantions, one in front of the console and another just in front of the engine. Still pooled. The only way to stop the pooling of rain water was to cut slits in the non-porous cover so rain water could drain onto the deck and into the bilge for removal. Problem was, since the cover is non-porous it didn't take long for a heavy buildup of mildew to grow on every horizontal surface under the cover. Not a good cover, should have spent the $450.

Quality seems there. I was worried about the size as our boat was on the larger end of their size guide, but I didn't want to get the next size up for it to be sloppy and slack. So I crossed my fingers and hoped it would all fit snug. At least the outside dimensions of my boat were under their maximum recommendations. What we didn't account for was the front railing on the bow. This railing creates more space for the cover to have to stretch over. This unfortunately prevents the cover from going over snug. Looks now too small and a little ugly and messy. Oh well. It wasn't too expensive and not their fault I guess.

Material is not even as thick as a cheap tent.. very disapointed..will not stay on the boat unless u use staps to secure it...the littlest breeze blows the Cover off...we dove 3 blocks and it blew off...used it one time and it ripped in 3 places from the wind...do not recomend if you are hoping to pull your boat while it's covered..A total waste of my money...Super disapointed
